Amal Clooney was born Amal Alamuddin in Lebanon is a Lebanese as well as a British barrister who was an advocate for human rights over the years. Following her graduation from the Oxford University School of Law she went on to pursue an extensive and successful professional career within human rights as well as international law. Her clients include many prominent nation states, such as Armenia and the struggle it has to have the Turkish Government acknowledge the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged in 2014, and then got married to American actor George Clooney. She instantly became a household word.
